About Us

Ryan Botnen is the owner and operator of Pacific Northwest Tree & Excavation. He's enjoyed the outdoors his entire life and have worked for the forest service, on a ranch, and attended lineman school. He fell in love with climbing during his time at VOLTA Academy and realized he wanted to make a career out of falling trees. Ryan grew up in Brookings, OR and is excited to serve the local community as a small business owner.

Toph is Pacific Northwest Tree & Excavation's project manager and top dog She has a "ruff" job overseeing all of the work the crew does and ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standards. From barking orders to helping with branch clean up, she brings 6 dog years of "barkspertise" to our small business. 

Tony previously worked as a landscaper before joining the tree business. 

Zac brings valuable experience from his background in construction and operating heavy equipment.
